- Conduct intakes and functional assessments within our clinic
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
- Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
- Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
- Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
- BCBA: Masters degree + active BACB certification
- BCaBA: Bachelors degree + active BACB certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation
- A passion for helping children and families thrive
