The Operations Manager will serve as a trusted leader within the company, helping oversee daily operations at our Cumming center while supporting our in-home ABA services.

Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational success of our ABA clinic and supporting our in-home program. This position works closely with executive leadership, BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional service delivery, efficient operations, and a positive experience for both employees and clients.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and passionate about supporting children with autism and the professionals who serve them.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our ABA center
- Ensure therapist and client schedules remain organized and efficient
- Coordinate staffing adjustments for call-outs, schedule changes, and client cancellations
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Assist with insurance-related administrative processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
- Provide exceptional communication and support to families
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Promote employee engagement, accountability, and professional development
- Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and inventory
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions
- Support company growth initiatives and special projects

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30-5pm (one WFH day per week after training is complete)
- Full-Time
- On-site at our Cumming location
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ABA management experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or autism services
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling systems, EMRs, or practice management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with Paylocity, Motivity, or similar systems is a plus

Education
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- Operations Management: 2 years preferred
- ABA or Behavioral Health: 2 years preferred
- Healthcare Administration: Preferred
