Real Estate Attorney
We are assisting a nationally recognized law firm with a search for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate practice in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on commercial real estate financing, acquisition, development, disposition, joint ventures, and leasing.
- Collaborate with clients, understanding business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Represent commercial real estate investors, developers, and owners in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia in good standing.
