Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Established Hotel group seeks experienced extended stay General Managers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in an extended stay or select-service hotel
- Strong background in hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and service excellence
- Monitor financial performance, including labor, expenses, and revenue goals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve service-related issues
- Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and property compliance requirements
- Partner with regional leadership to drive occupancy, profitability, and overall hotel performance
