The Jax is a beautifully maintained 282-home Class A apartment communit y located in Monroe, Georgia, with convenient access to Highway 78, making it an easy commute from Loganville, Winder, Bethlehem, Athens, Grayson, Dacula, and surrounding East Metro Atlanta communities.

We're looking for an experienced Community Manager who understands what it takes to lead a high-performing apartment community. This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, driving financial performance, and creating an exceptional living experience for residents.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day operations of a 282-unit Class A apartment community.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, collections, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
• Partner closely with regional leadership to execute business strategies and achieve property goals.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Previous experience managing a Class A apartment community strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing onsite teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and revenue performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• A proactive leader who leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
