Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician proficient in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effective communication within the team.

Pay Scale Range: $32.47/hr - $36.93/hr

• Analyze work progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and support shift handovers.
• Facilitate maintenance best practices and ensure accurate data management.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with H&S for safety compliance and investigate accidents.
• Manage scrap materials disposal and collaborate on equipment changes.
• Support Environmental Management System implementation and compliance.
• Ensures a correct and complete handover of the activities with the next shift RMT
• Support in the spreading of maintenance best practices
• Guarantees the correctness of the data upload into SAP PM

• High School diploma or GED
• Two to three years' experience in an industrial plant environment.
• Two-year Technical Degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical understanding.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime.
