Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Working closely with production and other maintenance team members, you’ll help improve equipment reliability and support a safe, high-performing workplace.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
- Document maintenance work in SAP.
- Communicate equipment issues during shift handovers.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Support equipment improvements and help reduce downtime.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Technical degree or trade certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

The base compensation range for this position is $32.47/hr - $36.93/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
