What You'll Do:

• Deliver exciting, developmentally appropriate lesson plans from approved curriculum
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with co teacher, families and fellow educators to support our geniuses
• Track and document each genius' growth using approved assessment tools
• Align daily activities with Georgia's Pre-K Program Standards

What You'll Need:

We've simplified the requirements, so you know exactly where you stand!

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field as approved by DECAL
• Minimum of one year teaching as a GA Pre-k Lead Teacher in a licensed ECE or elementary school
• A demonstrably heart for teaching and LOVE for children
• Strong communication skills and a team spirit
• Willingness to uphold center values that foster a learning environment

• Teaching Certification T4 or higher
