About the Role:

Outdoor Living Southeast is looking for a dependable Enhancements Team Member to assist with a variety of landscape improvement projects. This role focuses on installing and improving outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients through hands-on work such as sod installation, planting, mulching, and light trimming.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and works well as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install sod and assist with site preparation

• Install shrubs, plants, and small trees

• Spread mulch and soil materials

• Perform light tree and plant trimming

• Assist with various landscape enhancement projects as assigned

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized

• Take before and after job photos and upload to company software

Safety, Cleanliness & Job Reporting

• Maintain clean, safe job sites

• Properly secure equipment and materials for transport

• Follow all company safety procedures

• Accurately track time and job details using company software

Reporting Structure

• Reports to the Enhancements Division Leader

Qualifications

• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred

• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather

• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools and equipment

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willing to learn company processes and software
