We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented marketing leader with 7–10 years of experience to drive high-impact campaigns, strengthen community outreach, and grow donor engagement. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with relationship-building, leveraging analytics and modern marketing tools to optimize performance and inform decision-making. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with business acumen, translating insights into compelling campaigns that elevate brand presence, expand audience reach, and generate measurable growth in awareness, participation, and philanthropic support.

Requirements for a Manager of Marketing at Phoebe Allentown:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
2. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution, analytics, SEO, and paid social
3. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva for content development
