In this Med Surg RN role, you’ll perform comprehensive nursing care on adult medical-surgical units, conducting patient assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, IV therapies, wound care, and post-operative monitoring. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and family members to ensure smooth transitions from admission to discharge. You’ll lead with clinical judgment, uphold patient safety, and mentor junior staff when opportunities arise, expanding your leadership and clinical competencies. The position offers competitive weekly pay between 1,548 and 1,646, with a straightforward pathway to extensions and longer assignments as you demonstrate value and build relationships. We also provide a sign-on or completion bonus where applicable and housing assistance to ease relocations.
