Shift: Day (3x12 Hours | 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – ER Holding to join a fast-paced emergency care unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to stabilize critical patients, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a general emergency department (adult & geriatric patients)
• Perform triage using ESI protocols
• Monitor and manage critical patients
• Administer emergency medications and IV therapies
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Unit Highlights:

• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Fast-paced unit with strong peer support (~3 RNs)
• Every other weekend required (~4 shifts per contract)
• Adult & geriatric patient population

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience (Required | 5 years Preferred)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Experience in:
  • General Emergency Department (Adult/Pedi)
  • Cardiac monitoring & emergency response
  • IV therapy, phlebotomy, and ventilator care
  • Psychiatric and overdose patient care
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Required)
  • ACLS (Required)
• Preferred:
  • Epic charting experience
  • Charge nurse experience
