• Executive hospice leadership role overseeing branch operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives
• Leadership responsibility for fully staffed hospice branch supporting approximately 100 patient census
• Opportunity to lead interdisciplinary hospice operations while driving quality improvement and operational excellence
• Senior leadership role with authority over budgeting, planning, team development, and organizational performance
• Direct reporting relationship to Governing Body leadership COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $105,000-$150,000 annually
• 10% annual bonus plan SCHEDULE
• Full-time executive leadership schedule
• On-site leadership presence required
• Hospice operations environment ROLE
• Oversee all operational aspects of hospice branch services
• Lead regulatory compliance and quality initiatives
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Support interdisciplinary hospice care delivery and operational efficiency
• Supervise admissions, staffing, compliance, and team development
• Drive branch growth and performance initiatives
• Maintain high standards of patient-centered hospice care ENVIRONMENT

• Minimum 2 years hospice leadership experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
• Master’s degree preferred
• Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations REQUIRED
• Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED
• Experience overseeing compliance, admissions, budgeting, and team development REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary hospice care models REQUIRED
• Experience building, growing, or improving hospice operations REQUIRED
