Associate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Location: Atlanta or Savannah, GA

Our client is a well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its growing team in either Atlanta or Savann ah . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex, high-value personal injury litigation and wants to be involved in building strong cases—not simply managing a high-volume docket of routine auto accident claims.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex personal injury cases from litigation through resolution or trial.
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Take and defend depositions, manage written discovery, work with expert witnesses, and participate in mediations and hearings.
• Handle a variety of complex matters, including trucking, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, and other significant injury cases.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex litigation rather than primarily high-volume, routine motor vehicle accident cases.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and brief-writing skills.
• Strong motion practice and litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a high-performing litigation team.
• Georgia Bar license in good standing.

The Ideal Background

Our client is looking for an attorney who has had meaningful involvement in developing and litigating sophisticated injury cases. While catastrophic injury experience is certainly valued, it is not required. More importantly, they are seeking someone who enjoys the strategy behind litigation, is a strong legal writer, and takes pride in building compelling cases.

If your recent practice has been centered on carrying a very large litigation and pre-litigation caseload, this may not be the best fit. Instead, this role is designed for an attorney who wants to focus on quality over quantity —working on more complex matters where thoughtful legal analysis and persuasive advocacy make the difference.
