Health Care Regulatory Mid-Level Associate Attorney
Direct Counsel is seeking a Health Care Regulatory Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta, Georgia or Chicago, Illinois .
This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of health care regulatory experience to join a nationally recognized health care practice advising providers, health systems, physician organizations, private equity sponsors, and other industry participants on complex regulatory and compliance matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise health care clients on a broad range of federal and state regulatory compliance matters.
Counsel clients regarding health care fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and related regulatory frameworks.
Assist with regulatory due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and other health care transactions.
Analyze regulatory developments and provide practical guidance on compliance and operational issues.
Draft legal memoranda, regulatory analyses, and client communications.
Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, transactional, and litigation practices to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Active Bar membership in good standing.
3–5 years of experience in health care regulatory law.
Strong background advising clients on health care regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters.
Excellent analytical, research, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
