One of the largest structural steel service providers in the U.S. in Georgia. Located roughly 60 miles west of downtown Atlanta (and very close to Carrollton), this plant features a 100-acre greenfield site designed to support heavy Southeastern distribution with an extensive in-house inventory.

Trailer Mechanic Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $32.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 01:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• ASE electrical or Air Brake System certification preferred.
• Knowledge of FHWA inspections and out-of-service criteria
• Proficient welding skills in GMAW and SMAW (MIG and stick)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Able to supply your own basic tools
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements
• Proficient computer skills and/or comfortable working with a computer, including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
• Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)

Trailer Mechanic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience

• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
• Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)
