Location: Atlanta, GA
Starting Pay: $18.90/hour, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, accurately processing inventory transactions, replenishing pick locations, and picking/packing customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily shipping and inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; promptly report shortages, damages, or other discrepancies.
• Accurately record inventory movements in the system and place product into designated storage locations.
• Replenish picking bins and maintain stock levels to support order fulfillment.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic computer and/or RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Experience

• At least 6 months of picking/packing experience required.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for portions of the shift and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Must be able to frequently move about the warehouse to receive product, replenish locations, and fulfill orders.
• Must be able to move, transport, and position materials, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds as required.
• Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with team members and leadership.

Work Environment

• Often work indoors but may sometimes work outdoors (such as at dock doors).
• Exposed to warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, conveyors, or other material-handling tools) on a daily basis.
• Occasionally exposed to sounds and noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable.
• Work near others and often share the same workspace.
• Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled and can be very hot or very cold depending on season and dock activity.
