FOX Staffing Network partners with outpatient/Orthopedic Physical Therapy groups to connect top therapists with exceptional opportunities. We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a well-established and dynamic orthopedic group in Loganville, GA.
Job DescriptionThis position offers a unique and aggressive compensation model designed to reward performance, along with a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.
What Our Client Offers:
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Per-visit incentive bonus: Earn an additional $3–$7 per patient visit
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- High earning potential: Some therapists are earning $150,000+ annually by hitting performance goals

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of patients
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies and industry standards
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Georgia (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to exceptional patient care and positive outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
