Join a dynamic and structured contact center operation, providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from members around the clock. You will offer information on a wide range of products and services, perform transactions, and advise on suitable financial solutions to enhance the member experience.
Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center.
- Provide detailed information regarding products and services with active listening and adaptability.
- Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Advise members on additional products and services that may benefit them.
- Ensure optimal member experience and customer service through effective engagement methods.
- Experience in customer service within a call center environment.
- Proficient in data entry and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to adapt to multiple systems and ensure policy compliance.
- Experience in administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThese are remote opportunities requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of the specified address. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, promoting a work-life balance with flexible shift expectations. You will have scheduled breaks and meals, with shifts that vary within a one-hour window. Be prepared for back-to-back phone calls, with potential for up to four hours of continuous calls before your next break.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
