Position Overview

The Process Engineer is responsible to ensure, that all the processes have a standard work that guarantees: a) The safety of our employees, b) The quality of our products, c) The high efficiency of our processes and d) A productive capacity that allows us to complete our deliveries on time

What you'll do

    • Perform safety process walks on his/her processes and ensure effective countermeasures to the identified risks, to guarantee zero accidents due to process
    • Define the Direct Labor "needed to run" for each of his/her processes in the plant and to document it on a monthly basis
    • Lead the multidisciplinary teams in the actions to achieve Process Target Efficiencies in his/her processes
    • Develop and maintain the Standard Work for his/her processes that allow us to achieve our targeted efficiency (including packaging)
    • Define and maintain the cycle times for each operation of his/her processes, and document it on monthly basis
    • Support the perform of the LV1 and its proper documentation of the results (headcount, cycle times, rates, efficiencies, scrap %, rework %, etc)
    • Support the flawless implementation of process on time for new Launches (LV1 passed and no major issues in process)
    • Develop and maintain PFMEAs for each of our processes, and lead the multidisciplinary teams in the reviews of the PFMEAs in order to prevent cost of poor quality
    • Perform on weekly basis a Process/Gemba Walk to one of his/her process on the plant to guarantee the compliance with standard work and guidelines, identify opportunities and issues, document the findings and ensure effective countermeasures to correct current issues and to prevent potential ones (including packaging)

Who you are

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 yrs of experience process or manufacturing areas
  • At least 1 yrs of experience as a Leader in manufacturing industry
  • At least 1 year of experience in projects (desirable)
  • Bilingual in English 80%
