Position Summary

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Culinary Associates to join our restaurant team. This position is responsible for assisting with food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Associates will play an important role in ensuring guests receive high-quality food that is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.

Availability Requirements

Open scheduling availability is required, with the ability to work various shifts throughout the week, including weekends and some holidays. (There is a morning and evening shift.)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to company recipes, quality standards, and portion requirements.

• Assist with assembling and plating food orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all food products meet presentation and quality expectations before service.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen workstations, food preparation areas, and storage locations.

• Restock ingredients, supplies, and kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.

• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen maintenance duties.

• Contribute to a positive, productive, and guest-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, kitchen, or restaurant experience is beneficial but not required.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

Compensation & Advancement Opportunities

Hourly Wage: $11-15/hr depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
