• Familiarity with tracheostomy care and gastrostomy (feed tube) management
• Ability to safely provide care for students in wheelchairs
• Comfortable with bus riding as part of your daily responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing services for students, including support for those with complex healthcare needs (trach, feeding tubes)
• Assist with specialized mobility needs for wheelchair users
• Provide care on school transportation routes, including bus riding as assigned
• Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and lead nurses to ensure seamless care coverage, particularly in the absence of the primary nurse
• Maintain accurate health records and adhere to all protocols for student safety and confidentiality
