Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote & Hybrid

Location: Georgia (Remote) & Hybrid in Peachtree City

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)

Schedule: Flexible; preferred availability between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $80-$90 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

• Supervise RBTs in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements

• Review clinical data and adjust programming as needed

• Provide caregiver and parent training

• Complete clinical documentation and progress reports

• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Experience providing ABA services to children and families

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Experience with ABA software and data analysis preferred
