This position is designed for a construction industry professional who combines strong market relationships with sound commercial judgment and a disciplined approach to project development.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Revenue Leadership

  • Develop and execute a structured regional growth plan aligned with company strategy.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across targeted sectors including multifamily, hospitality, senior living, student housing, and related multi-unit project types.
  • Lead projects from initial engagement through contract execution.
  • Lead deal strategy and closing activities, including complex, high-visibility technical projects dependent on early preconstruction alignment.
Business Origination & Market Presence
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with framing contractors, general contractors, developers, architects, and structural engineers.
  • Position BYLD’s technology early in the design and preconstruction process to influence project planning and framing strategy.

  • Coordinate closely with centralized estimating, technical sales, and engineering teams to:
    • Review drawings and constructability considerations
    • Develop optimized framing approaches
    • Structure pricing and proposals
  • Ensure proposals are commercially sound and aligned with operational capabilities.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management and accurate revenue forecasting.
Partner Development
  • Develop long-term partnerships with framing contractors to expand adoption of BYLD by Numbers™.
  • Support preconstruction collaboration and early-stage project planning.
  • Strengthen BYLD’s regional market credibility and long-term positioning.
  • Identify opportunities for regional team expansion as the market grows.
Customer Success Oversight
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for framing contractors, GCs, and design teams.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and recurring revenue.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to proactively resolve issues that could affect pricing, design, or field execution.
Qualifications (Preconstruction-Focused)
  • 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, design-assist, engineering coordination, or technical sales within construction, engineering, or building materials.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, constructability, and preconstruction workflows, with the capacity to quickly gain fluency in cold-formed steel framing and BYLD’s methodology. Prior CFS experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven success influencing design decisions and supporting preconstruction teams early in the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to win or support large-scale construction projects through technical consultation and design-assist collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Established regional industry relationships preferred.
  • Preferred location is Atlanta; candidates in other major Southeast metros with the ability to travel regionally are encouraged to apply.
