Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. In this role, you will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and clients, helping maintain high standards of service while contributing to operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client accounts to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Maintain and update account records, ensuring data accuracy and organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and improve service processes
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and documentation related to account activities
- Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
