Member Experience Advisor

AO Globe Life is hiring eligible candidates to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications , or anyone who thrives in a people-focused, service-oriented environment.

We provide structured training, mentorship, and warm leads from individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs , allowing you to build valuable professional experience while working from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Guide clients through available benefit options and assist with enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communications

• Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the process

• Participate in mentorship, development sessions, and team training

• Build positive client relationships that support long-term trust and service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools

• Passion for helping others and contributing to a service-driven mission

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection

• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
