The Marketing Assistant functions under the direction of the Operations Director and Marketing Director to provide specialized marketing and support to leadership team. The role serves two independent Chick-fil-A franchises under the same Operator - Chick-fil-A Windy Hill & Chick-fil-A Terrell Mill.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in strategic planning related to maintaining a healthy culture and a well-established brand
• Produce quality photography as well as basic knowledge of tasteful editing
• Maintain healthy relationships with current connections (i.e. schools, churches, organizations, community outreach)
• Design marketing materials that align with brand focus
• Well-versed in other areas of the business (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Administration, Operations)

Other Duties Include:

• Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts.
• Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
• Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
• Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
