️ What You’ll Do
As our Warehouse Leader, you’ll oversee the full flow of materials supporting major solar installations, including:
- Receiving & Inventory: Unload, verify, and stock solar panels, electrical gear, and equipment in our ERP system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, stage, and prepare materials for installation crews.
- Logistics: Coordinate shipments, schedule carriers, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain spot-on inventory accuracy.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse; operate forklifts as needed.
- Admin & Coordination: Complete documentation, track records, and manage material requests or replenishment.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Basic computer/ERP/Excel skills
- Ability to lift 50–70+ lbs
- Bonus: Familiarity with solar or electrical components
