THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE MANAGER

THE SCHEDULE:

This full-time administrative role at our HVAC company works Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

YOUR ROLE:

As the Office Manager with our heating and cooling company, you are responsible for maintaining organized and efficient operations. You handle dispatching service calls, support the team with scheduling, and ensure all communications between staff and customers are clear and professional. Your strong computer and organizational skills help you stay on top of daily tasks, including maintaining records, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll and other accounting duties. You play a key administrative role in creating a smooth workflow and a well-supported team environment.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Fluency in software
• Strong communication skills
