HR/TA Intern (Atlanta, GA)

The Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, preparing HR documents, and participating in HR projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process as needed.
• Support the maintenance of Tracking sheets/ HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Education::

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical requirements:

• This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
