Responsibilities:- Work directly with pre-qualified buyers and sellers from consultation through closing

- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective clients
- Manage pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
