Career Coaching Manager/ Recruiting Manager

Position Overview

Zea Coaching is seeking a licensed Career Coaching Manager to lead and deliver high-quality coaching services while overseeing client engagement and coaching standards. This is a contract role with flexible hours determined by client volume and organizational needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, credentialed coach who can both work directly with clients and provide leadership, quality assurance, and guidance across coaching engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching Leadership

• Deliver one-on-one and group career coaching sessions

• Develop structured coaching programs, tools, and resources

• Ensure coaching methodologies align with industry best practices

• Maintain quality standards and consistency across client engagements

• Provide mentorship or oversight to contract coaches (if applicable)

Client Strategy & Oversight

• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate coaching plans

• Monitor client progress and outcomes

• Handle complex career transition cases

• Support escalations and provide strategic guidance for high-level clients

Career Development Expertise

• Resume, LinkedIn, and personal branding strategy

• Interview preparation and offer negotiation coaching

• Career transition planning

• Leadership and executive career guidance (preferred)

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active coaching license or certification (required)

  • ICF (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent recognized credential
    

• 5+ years of professional career coaching experience
  

• Experience managing programs or coaching teams preferred
  

• Strong understanding of current hiring trends and job market dynamics
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
