Location: Buford, GA

Job Type: Full-Time, In-House (No remote, work from home, or hybrid available)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice our customers count on for help and information. You’ll handle phone calls and emails, de-escalate tough situations with empathy, and work closely with other departments to make sure every issue is resolved quickly and professionally.

Your day might include:

• Answering customer calls and emails with professionalism and care
• Providing updates on repairs, orders, and shipping details
• Helping customers navigate issues and finding quick solutions
• Keeping accurate notes on calls and follow-ups
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers get the best service possible
• Managing a high volume of calls and messages while staying calm and focused

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience — call center or technical support experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
• A calm, professional attitude even when things get busy
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP experience is a bonus!)
