Role Overview

The Finance & Operations Manager oversees financial operations, drives process optimization, and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Business Central), expense management tools such as Ramp, and collaboration across accounting, operations, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement improvements

• Report KPIs at monthly management meetings

Policy Development & Governance

• Draft, review, and maintain company policies and procedures

• Maintain organized documentation within Confluence

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Partner with external accounting firm for reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness

• Serve as financial operations point of contact for internal teams

• Manage equity plans and cap table administration using Carta

Systems & Vendor Management

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Business Central) for financial operations

• Oversee expense management tools (e.g., Ramp)

• Collaborate with suppliers using Ariba, Coupa, and Bill.com invoicing platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• 3+ years of financial management or operations experience

• Required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central proficiency

• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred

• Strong analytical, planning, and financial systems expertise

• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
