The Desire Company is seeking authentic Small Business Owners who run real, day-to-day operations such as neighborhood restaurants, local cafes, coffee shops, catering businesses, and other community-based food service businesses to participate in paid brand projects with leading retail partners . This is an opportunity to share your firsthand experience running a small business and provide honest product insights that help other operators and shoppers make confident purchase decisions.

Project Overview:

• Filming Location : Varies by project (travel covered if required)
• Time on Set : Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
• Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project
• Starting A t: $1,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate products, tools, or supplies commonly used in small business and food service operations and provide insights based on your real-world experience.
• Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with our production crew during on-site filming sessions.
• Communicate your professional recommendations in a clear, relatable way that resonates with everyday business owners and shoppers.

Once you express your interest, we will present you to various brand and retail partners for potential selection. If chosen, we’ll schedule a pre-production call to discuss project goals and logistics before moving into the filming phase.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience owning or operating a small business, preferably in food service such as restaurants, cafes, catering, bakeries, or coffee shops.
• Active involvement in day-to-day business operations.
• Comfortable sharing professional insights and experiences on camera.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain recommendations in a clear and authentic way.
