As a Sales Representative with Megan Green State Farm, you would be a vital role in maintaining the succuss in our Agency. We are looking for highly motivated, high achievers that fit in well with our company culture. **CTS Assessment is required to be completed before interview is offered** This role is commission only. The hours are flexible with a 20-hour minimum per week schedule and a lower level of tracking. The compensation plan is extremely aggressive to make up for the lack of base pay. You must earn at least the minimum wage in your state for the number of hours you work after your first two months. This position is meant for self-starters, go getters and extremely talented salespeople. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Provide needs based conversations to make sure all customers are properly protected with any needed line of business.
- Maintain a high level of activity while maintaining great rapport with prospects.
- Getting along with current staff and have an amazing attitude is a requirement.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Must be able to obtain P&C and L&H license as well as pass our background check.
