We have an immediate opening for a Mitigation Project Manager. We are always busy and have steady work all year long. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with a fast-paced and growing company.
This position works directly with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and technicians to restore homes and commercial properties after fire, water, mold, or storm damage. Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of mitigation and restoration projects - from initial assessment through closeout. Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Coordinate, supervise, and support crews to complete projects timely and in a profitable fashion. Able to navigate multiple software systems and complex billing procedures. Communicate proactively with customers, adjusters, and project teams to deliver clear updates and provide billing support. Train, mentor, and build high-performing teams. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements:
5+ years experience in fire/water/mold restoration, mitigation, or reconstruction 3+ years experience in project management Prior experience managing a team of employees is strongly preferred. IICRC certification is a plus Available for on-call duties Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass background and drug screening Lift up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders, working in attics/crawl spaces Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT
Skills:
Proficient in estimating and Xactimate Ability to manage multiple live projects Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Confident in client-facing situations
