To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements: Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level. Experience: One year of specialized experience that equips you with the qualifications to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience must be at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience and knowledge in developing and conducting training in cardiopulmonary response (CPR) and American Heart Association (AHA) training requirements. Experience in designing, executing and evaluating training programs and projects. Experience in providing oversight for a CPR program, budget development and system evaluation of a program. Experience in administering the emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) course. AND Selective Placement Factor: Applicants applying for this position MUST possess the following Selective Factor. In the event you do not possess the Selective Factor, you will be found ineligible for the position. Applicant must be a current certified American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/AED Instructor. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience. To receive proper credit, you must show the actual time (such as the number of hours worked per week) spent in activities. **Your eligibility for consideration will be based on your responses to the questions in the application.**
