We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Carrollton, GA, 30117. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front office area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
