Channel Sales Manager

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Channel Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of their channel partner network. This pivotal role will focus 75% on hunting and signing new partners, with the remaining 25% dedicated to keeping current partners engaged, motivated, and growing. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a new market, providing valuable market intelligence to guide U.S. strategy, and building strong, lasting partner relationships. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and managing key relationships to position our client’s brand as a premier name in the U.S. cybersecurity industry.What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand the U.S. channel partner network, with a primary focus on acquiring new partners and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Identify, target, and secure new partner partnerships through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry outreach.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and product expertise.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with existing partners to drive sales growth, product adoption, and brand loyalty.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to provide insights that inform U.S. sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partner-focused programs, promotions, and sales tools.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings to promote products and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor partner performance, set sales targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
