Bright Impact Behavioral Practices is launching a new in-clinic ABA center in Kathleen,

Georgia — and we are seeking a driven, ethical, and motivated BCBA who wants more than

just a job.

This is an opportunity to:

• Help design and shape a new ABA program

• Serve as a Clinical Leader from the beginning

What You’ll Do

Clinical Leadership:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (FBAs)

• Develop individualized treatment and behavior plans

• Provide direct supervision of RBTs

• Deliver parent training and case oversight

• Ensure compliance with BACB and payer requirements

Program Development:

• Help establish clinical systems and workflows

• Contribute to hiring and mentoring RBTs

• Shape a culture of excellence and ethical practice

• Play a central role in clinic growth strategy

Competitive Compensation Model

We offer a competitive and growth-oriented compensation structure designed to reward

performance and leadership:

• Competitive billable hourly rate during startup phase

• Compensation per completed comprehensive assessment

• Limited compensated administrative hours during initial growth stage

• Transition to salaried structure once caseload reaches sustainability

Projected Earnings Potential:

• Year 1 (Startup Growth Phase): $110,000 – $150,000 based on billable volume

• Established Caseload: $120,000 – $170,000+ with performance incentives

Additional incentives and leadership compensation opportunities available as the clinic

expands.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs

• Strong documentation and compliance knowledge

• Self-motivated and leadership-minded

• Passionate about serving children and families
