MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Night Shift)

Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Night Shift) Job Purpose We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on manufacturing, packaging, conveying, and facilities equipment. You will handle component-level repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.

Shift Schedule (2-Week Rotation)

• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (5pm/6pm – 5:30am/6:30am)

• Week 1: ON Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (OFF Wed, Thu)

• Week 2: ON Wed, Thu (OFF Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun)

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Attributes:

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

• Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Commitment to full attendance during the mandatory 7-week onboarding window.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on all assigned equipment, including basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems at the component level (e.g., packaging, conveying, processing or facilities equipment, etc).

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working weekends
