Job Description
Project Manager – Specifications
Position Summary
Join Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA) as a Project Manager – Specifications, where you will collaborate with Project Managers and Design Teams to develop and coordinate high-quality project specifications across multiple projects. Serving as a key technical resource, you will guide materials and product decisions, support quality control, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle-from design through construction administration. You will be an integral part of the design process.
This is a highly collaborative role, not a standalone writing position, offering the opportunity to influence firmwide standards and support overall project success. Ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a technical, team-oriented environment.
The Perks!
At Macgregor Associates Architects, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement leave, fully paid maternity leave, and a 401(k) pension plan. Our coverage includes medical, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees also have access to a cafeteria plan with pre-tax options for medical and dependent care expenses. In addition, MAA provides professional registration support, performance-based bonuses, and flexible work hours.
