What You'll Do:
As an Equipment Technician, you will:

• Handle equipment maintenance tasks, including installation and periodic inspections.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and calibrate machinery for peak performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and oversee machine-related improvements.
• Utilize precision tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards.
• Document activity logs and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and technical support to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and testing of equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during shifts.
• Monitor output for machine-related errors or flaws.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety and company standards.
• Train new employees on the proper use of machinery and protocols.
• Support process troubleshooting and contribute to team evaluations.

What Were Looking For:

• A dependable professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Proven experience (03 years) in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with high-speed machinery and precision tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and blueprint reading.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical certifications are a plus.
