Technical Sales Specialist

*This role will require travel of approximately 1 week per month after the 90 day training period

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

• Strategic Planning: Aligning sales activities with corporate growth goals.

• Forecasting: Predicting sales volume and setting performance targets.

• Market Intelligence: Analyzing customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Expansion Research: Identifying potential new territories and client bases.

Client & Channel Management

• Relationship Building: Managing key accounts and negotiating order bookings.

• Presentations: Delivering technical sales pitches to prospects and stakeholders.

• Advisory: Consulting dealers and distributors on advertising and sales tactics.

• Public Relations: Representing the company at trade shows and industry meetings.

Cross-Functional Liaison

• R&D Feedback: Providing field data to influence product research and development.

• Internal Coordination: Bridging communication between HQ, manufacturing, and sales units.

• Technical Reporting: Synthesizing sales statistics into actionable policy reports.

Operational Tools

• CRM & Software: Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and Order Processing Systems .

• Visual Assets: Utilizing Photoshop/Illustrator for sales or technical materials.

• Project Management: Organizing workflows via Excel , G Suite , and Word .
