We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a civilian federal agency by leading Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 migrations from on-premise environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role supports mission-critical systems and ensures cloud migration activities comply with federal security, governance, and audit requirements.

Job Duties:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
• Control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Ensure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
• Provide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
• Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree,

  • Education Equivalency: One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-vendor projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project governance, risk management, and federal reporting.

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading an on premise to cloud application migration.

• Must be a US citizen or Grren Card holder who possesses a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 environments
• Strong understanding of EBS 12.2 architecture

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408 - $213,906. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
