Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to join the ACE Homecare team in Lawrenceville, GA. This position offers flexible hours to accommodate your personal schedule. A safe in-home environment is provided, and all necessary PPE is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care in a home setting with a focus on compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough assessments to monitor patient stability, ensuring all physician’s orders are followed.
• Verify medication details, including dosage, administration time, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, including complaints, vital signs, medications, and allergies.
• Educate and train family members on health promotion and necessary care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited nursing program. Licensed or certified professionals preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with relevant experience.
• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• A minimum of 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Comfort with providing in-home care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Proficiency in EMRs and computer-based tasks.
• Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent care is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Hourly Pay: LPN $30/ RN $35
