Position: Female Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Open Positions: 3
Pay: Up to $30/hr (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking female therapists to work with a female client , providing in-home and community-based ABA services. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children with autism succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy based on individualized behavior plans

• Implement ABA strategies (DTT, prompting, reinforcement, etc.)

• Accurately record session data

• Collaborate with your clinical team to support client goals

• Maintain RBT certification and CPR certification

• Ensure safety and professionalism during all sessions

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Must pass a background check

Preferred:

• RBT certification

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism

• Some college or degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
