Member Service Representative (MSR) – Atlanta, GA

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Remote)

Work Schedule - Remote: Between 12:00 PM – 11:30 PMM EST (8.5-hour shifts within this time frame)

This position is primarily remote; however, you may be asked to attend in-person training sessions at our Sandy Springs Training Center at the company’s discretion.

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives

(MSRs).

As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
