Join a team that values your skills and supports your growth. As a Facilities Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and making a real impact every day.

• Coordinate with account managers, brokers, and other team members to support a diverse group of clients.
• Handle complex customer service inquiries, research solutions, and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Prepare renewals and assist with client presentations to ensure smooth processes.
• Supervise enrollment meetings and guide clients through implementation procedures.
• Help clients navigate legal updates and explore new opportunities to meet their needs.

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience.

Preferred:

• Appropriate license

Behaviors:

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
