Home Health Clinical Manager - RN (Patient Care Services)

Essential Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 3 years home health experience
• 2+ years management/supervisory experience in home care setting
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and OASIS documentation
• Excellence in team leadership and interpersonal communication
• Proven track record in quality metrics and patient satisfaction
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology
